Product Animations, Inc (PAI) uses its proprietary software to efficiently convert standard operating procedures, 3D models and animations into powerful, yet affordable, virtual machine simulations for training new operators on complicated manufacturing equipment, training experienced operators on infrequent tasks and providing operators with line-side visual reference tools to support operations.

    At the heart of our software solutions is a fully immersive and interactive virtual 3D environment that permits off-line, self-paced learning before introduction to the actual shop floor. Using a PC and a mouse, users are able to navigate within the virtual production environment and interact with the equipment without risk of injury to themselves, the equipment or the product.

    According to the National Training Laboratory for Applied Behavioral Science, simulation based learning is nearly 5 times more effective than the traditional classroom setting. As a result, users of our 3D virtual machine simulations will have a stronger working knowledge of the equipment when they arrive on the plant floor for on-the-job training.
