This chapter will help the trainee learn to correctly identify the machine areas, machine parts and tools for the Pharma Technology Combi Unit.

Chapter 3 – Washing Program A

This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to prepare the Tablet Press for running Washing Program A.

Chapter 4 – Press Disassembly

This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to disassemble the tablet press, including turret removal, in preparation for running Washing Program B.

Chapter 5 – Washing Program B

This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to run Washing Program B for the Tablet Press.

Chapter 6 – Washing Program C

This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to prepare and run Washing Program C for the Combi Unit including WIP Cycle #1 and #2.

Chapter 7 – Combi Unit Disassembly

This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to disassemble the Combi Unit in preparation for cleaning.

Chapter 8 – Combi Unit Assembly

This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to assemble the Combi Unit for production.

Chapter 9 – Press Assembly

This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to install the Segmented Turret into the machine and complete the assembly of the Tablet Press for production.

Chapter 10 – Turret Part Identification

This chapter will help the trainee learn to correctly identify the turret areas, turret parts and tools for the Segmented Turret.

Chapter 11 –Turret Disassembly

This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to disassemble the Segmented Turret in preparation for cleaning.

Chapter 12 – Turret Assembly

This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to assemble the Segmented Turret for production.
