VRTrain™

The best way to promote the successful integration of any machine tool or technology into your manufacturing operation is through training in setup, operation, and maintenance. A comprehensive training program gives operators and maintenance technicians the necessary foundation to ensure maximum output from your machinery.

But not all training is equal. Research has shown that even the best instructor, with the best student taking the best notes, will retain less than 70% within a week. In practical terms, that translates to less than 70% efficiency for typical training programs. And, that percentage decreases radically when people are left to learn through videos or by reading printed procedures.

A simulated learning environment provides your employees with the tools they need to effectively learn how to perform even the most complicated operations. Product Animations, Inc. (PAI) Productivity Improvement Tools provide an interactive, 3-D virtual environment that allows operators of complex machinery to clearly visualize processes and simulate real-life situations.

Training program includes:
Chapter 1 – Coater Parts
This chapter will help the trainee learn to correctly identify the coater areas, coater parts and any tools or ancillary equipment required to discharge and charge the coater as well as run a Wash-in-Place cycle.
Chapter 2 – Discharge coater
This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to discharge the coater at the end of a production batch run.
Chapter 3 - Wash-in-Place Start
This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to purge the remaining coating solution, prepare the coater, enteric tank and suspension tank for Wash-in-Place and to initiate a Wash-in-Place (WIP) operation.
Chapter 4 - Wash-in-Place Finish
This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to disconnect the Enteric Tank and the Solution Tank from the Wash-in-Place system and prepare the coater for the next production batch run.
Chapter 5 - Charge Coater
This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to charge the coater in preparation for a production batch run.
Chapter 6 - Spray System Parts
This chapter will help the trainee learn to correctly identify the coater areas, coater parts and any tools or ancillary equipment required to remove the Spray Manifold from the coater in order to disassemble, clean and reassemble all Spray Manifold components including the spray nozzles.
Chapter 7 - Spray Gun Cleaning
This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to correctly remove the Spray Manifold from the coater and how to disassemble, clean and reassemble all Spray Manifold components including the spray nozzles.
