The operator will learn each part in the same order required by the machine to compress granulation into a finished tablet.

Chapter 2 - Tablet Press Parts

This chapter will help the operator learn to correctly identify the key parts, tools and ancillary equipment involved in a milligram product changeover on the Hata 45 Tablet Press machine.

Chapter 3 - Machine Disassembly

This chapter will help the operator learn step-by-step how to disassemble the Hata 45 Tablet Press machine as part of a milligram product changeover procedure.

Chapter 4 - Machine Assembly

This chapter will help the operator learn step-by-step how to assemble the Hata 45 Tablet Press machine as part of a milligram product changeover procedure.

Chapter 5 - Startup / Pre-Compression Sample

This chapter will help the operator learn step-by-step how to perform a Batch Startup on the Hata 45 Tablet Press including how to Load Product, Setup the Feed Control System, Fill Dies with Granulation, Measure Tablet Samples, Adjust Tablet Weight, Adjust Tablet Thickness and Adjust Tablet Hardness.

Chapter 6 - Individual Punch Check

This chapter will help the operator learn step-by-step how to perform the Individual Punch Reject Test (also known as the Dummy Punch Test) on the Hata 45 Tablet Press machine.

Chapter 7 - Reject Challenge / Weight Adjust

This chapter helps the operator learn step-by-step how to challenge the Hata 45 Tablet Press Reject System and make in-process tablet weight adjustments using target pressure.
