Charles Roberson, CEO and Founder

Mr. Roberson has over 30 years of technology leadership experience specializing in database software development. Mr. Roberson has held strategic positions for a health care services startup, where he helped grow revenues to over $100M in 24 months, and as Regional Manager for Hewlett-Packard (10 years). Previously founded, designed, programmed and sold a software training application to 100 companies in the Fortune 500. Charles graduated the University of Florida with a degree in Industrial Engineering.

Chip Seabolt, Senior Vice President

Mr. Seabolt has been with Product Animations for 6 years and has over 22 years of experience in managing strategic customer relationships. Prior to joining Product Animations, he held management positions at Johnson Controls as Automotive Business Unit General Manager, Managing Director and Sales Vice-President. Other experience includes time with the Daimler Benz Group as Automotive Electronics Sales Manager and with NCR Semiconductor as a Field Application Engineer. Chip leads the business development and project management effort at PAI. He graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Mike Reardon, Advisor

Mr. Reardon draws upon his extensive experience as an operating and financial executive, leading and advising entrepreneurial growth ventures. Previously, he served as President and COO of Culligan and Everpure, the world’s leading brands in consumer and commercial water treatment. Prior to Culligan, he was one of the founders and a senior operating executive (CFO, COO, Board member) of USFilter, a former Fortune 300 company that led the consolidation of the global water industry. USFilter acquired and integrated over 200 companies, growing to $5.5 billion, before it was acquired. Mike serves on a number of boards and is a consultant and adviser to a number of private equity firms and early stage ventures. He is a CPA, with a Business degree from California State Polytechnic University and is a graduate of the Kellogg Management Institute at Northwestern University.
