Chapter 3 - Pellet Dosing Unit Assembly I

This chapter will help the operator learn step-by-step how to pre-assemble, install and perform final assembly of the pellet dosing unit on a MG2 Futura encapsulation machine configured for the dosing of pellets (beads) into capsules.

Chapter 4 - Pellet Dosing Unit Assembly II

This chapter will help the operator learn step-by-step how to pre-assemble, install and perform final assembly of the pellet dosing unit on a MG2 Futura encapsulation machine configured for the dosing of pellets (beads) into capsules.

Chapter 5 - Capsule Feed System Assembly

This chapter will help the operator learn step-by-step how to assemble the Statistical Weight Control (SWC) and Capsule Feeding System (CFS) Units for the MG2 Futura encapsulation machine configured for the dosing of pellets (beads) into capsules.

Chapter 6 - Setup and Pre-encapsulation

This chapter will help the operator learn step-by-step how to setup and run a pre-encapsulation sample on a MG2 Futura encapsulation machine configured for the dosing of pellets (beads) into capsules as part of a product changeover procedure.

Chapter 7 - Tablet Dosing Unit Components

This chapter will help the operator learn to correctly identify the key parts, tools and ancillary equipment involved in the assembly of the tablet dosing unit on a MG2 Futura encapsulation machine configured for the dosing of tablets into capsules.

Chapter 8 - Tablet Dosing Unit Assembly

This chapter will help the operator learn step-by-step how to pre-assemble, install and perform final assembly of the tablet dosing unit on a MG2 Futura encapsulation machine configured for the dosing of tablets into capsules.
