Vector Multi-60 Rotor Tangential Spray Granulation

MG2 G140 with NETT System

VRTrain™

The best way to promote the successful integration of any machine tool or technology into your manufacturing operation is through training in setup, operation, and maintenance. A comprehensive training program gives operators and maintenance technicians the necessary foundation to ensure maximum output from your machinery.

But not all training is equal. Research has shown that even the best instructor, with the best student taking the best notes, will retain less than 70% within a week. In practical terms, that translates to less than 70% efficiency for typical training programs. And, that percentage decreases radically when people are left to learn through videos or by reading printed procedures.

A simulated learning environment provides your employees with the tools they need to effectively learn how to perform even the most complicated operations. Product Animations, Inc. (PAI) Productivity Improvement Tools provide an interactive, 3-D virtual environment that allows operators of complex machinery to clearly visualize processes and simulate real-life situations.

Training program includes:
Chapter 1 - Encapsulation Process Flow
This chapter will help the operator learn to correctly identify the primary MG2 G140 encapsulation machine parts involved in the stages of the encapsulation process: Capsule Feeding and Orientation, Capsule Transfer, Capsule Opening and Separation, Capsule Filling or Dosing, Capsule Closing and Capsule Ejection. The operator will learn each part in the same order required by the machine to produce a finished capsule.
Chapter 2 - Primary Parts, Stations and Tools
This chapter will help the operator learn to correctly identify the key parts, tools and ancillary equipment involved in a milligram product changeover on the MG2 G140 Encapsulation machine.
Chapter 3 - Orientation Station - Assembly
This chapter will help the operator learn step-by-step how to assemble the Orientation Station of the G140 encapsulation machine as part of a milligram product changeover procedure.
Chapter 4 - Lower Unit - Assembly
This chapter will help the operator learn step-by-step how to assemble the Lower Unit of the G140 encapsulation machine as part of a milligram product changeover procedure.
Chapter 5 - Transfer and Exit Unit - Assembly
This chapter will help the operator learn step-by-step how to assemble the Transfer and Exit Units of the G140 encapsulation machine as part of a milligram product changeover procedure.
Chapter 6 - Powder Dosing Units - Assembly
This chapter will help the operator learn step-by-step how to assemble the Powder Dosing Units of the G140 encapsulation machine as part of a milligram product changeover procedure.
Chapter 7 - SWC and CFS Unit - Assembly
This chapter will help the operator learn step-by-step how to assemble the Statistical Weight Control (SWC) and Capsule Feeding System (CFS) Units of the G140 encapsulation machine as part of a milligram product changeover procedure.
Chapter 8 - Setup and Opening a Batch
This chapter will help the operator learn step-by-step how to setup and open a batch on the G140 encapsulation machine as part of a milligram product changeover procedure.
Chapter 9 - Nett Setup (Phase 1, 2 and 3)
This chapter will help the operator learn step-by-step how to perform the setup procedures for the Nett System on the G140 encapsulation machine as part of a milligram product changeover procedure.
