Chapter 3 - Machine Disassembly Part 1

This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to remove the format tooling from the first half of the Thermoformer including the Forming Station, Index after Forming, Product Feeder and Guide Tracks.

Chapter 4 - Machine Disassembly Part 2

This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to remove the format tooling from the second half of the Thermoformer including the Sealing Station, Index after Sealing, Punch Station, Transfer Station and Guide Tracks.

Chapter 5 - Machine Assembly Part 1

This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to install the format tooling for the first half the Thermoformer including the Forming Station, Index after Forming, Product Feeder and Guide Tracks. 

Chapter 6 - Machine Assembly Part 2

This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to install the format tooling for the second half of the Thermoformer including the Sealing Station, Index after Sealing, Punch Station, Transfer Station and Guide Tracks. 

Chapter 7 - MSR Overview

This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to begin troubleshooting common Master Shift Register error messages displayed on the Pac Control Display. 

Chapter 8 - Lidstock Adjustment

This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to perform the alignment of the Lidstock Film. 

Chapter 9 - Web Threading Part Identification

This chapter will help the trainee learn to correctly identify the machine areas, machine parts and tools involved in web threading the Thermoformer. 

Chapter 10 - Web Threading Part 1

This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to install and thread the Forming Film into the Thermoformer. 

Chapter 11 - Web Threading Part 2

This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to install and thread the Lidstock Film into the machine. 

Chapter 12 - Web Threading Part 3

This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to complete the web threading process including final threading and running samples.
