This chapter will help the operator identify the machine stations, change parts and tools involved in the changeover of Gate Area One, Gate Area Two as well as the parts involved in the machine lockout/tagout procedure.

Chapter 2 - Gate Areas 3-4 Parts

This chapter will help the operator identify the machine stations, change parts and tools involved in the changeover of Gate Area Three and Gate Area Four.

Chapter 3 - Chute Feeder Parts

This chapter will help the operator identify the machine area, change parts and tools involved in the disassembly and assembly of the Aylward vibratory chute feeder.

Chapter 4 - Lockout, Gate Areas 1-2 Disassembly

This chapter will help the operator learn step-by-step how to perform a lockout/tagout and disassemble Gate Areas One and Two on the UPS-4 Blister Machine as part of a format changeover. 

Chapter 5 - Gate Areas 3-4 Disassembly

This chapter will help the operator learn step-by-step how to disassemble Gate Areas Three and Four on the UPS-4 Blister Machine as part of a format changeover.

Chapter 6 - Gate Areas 1-2 Assembly

This chapter will help the operator learn step-by-step how to assemble Gate Areas One and Two on the UPS-4 Blister Machine as part of a format changeover.

Chapter 7 - Gate Areas 3-4 Assembly, Unlock

This chapter will help the operator learn step-by-step how to unlock the machine and assemble Gate Areas Three and Four on the UPS-4 Blister Machine as part of a format changeover. 

Chapter 8 - Chute Feeder Disassembly

This chapter will help the operator learn step-by-step how to disassemble the Alyward Vibratory Chute Feeder on the UPS-4 Blister Machine as part of a format changeover.

Chapter 9 - Chute Feeder Assembly

This chapter will help the operator learn step-by-step how to assemble the Alyward Vibratory Chute Feeder on the UPS-4 Blister Machine as part of a format changeover.
