This chapter will help the trainee learn to correctly identify each of the machine areas, format parts and tools required to perform a Format Changeover on the Pick-and-Place Robotic Tablet Feeder.

Chapter 2 - Tablet Feeder Disassembly

This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to disassemble the pick-and-place robotic tablet feeder unit in preparation for cleaning as part of a format changeover.

Chapter 3 - Tablet Feeder Assembly

This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to assemble the pick-and-place robotic tablet feeder unit after cleaning as part of a format changeover.

Chapter 4 - Thermoformer - Left Side

This chapter will help the trainee learn to correctly identify the machine stations, format parts and tools required to perform a format change on the left side of the Uhlmann UPS1040 Thermoformer.

Chapter 5 - Thermoformer - Right Sidely

This chapter will help the trainee learn to correctly identify the machine stations, format parts and tools involved in a format change on the right side of the Uhlmann UPS1040 Thermoformer.

Chapter 6 - Thermoformer Disassembly - Left Side

This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to remove the format tooling from the left side of the Uhlmann UPS1040 Thermoformer including the Forming Station, Index after Forming Station and Guide Plates in preparation for cleaning as part of a format change.

Chapter 7 - Thermoformer Disassembly - Right Side

This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to remove the format tooling from the right side of the Uhlmann UPS 1040 Thermoformer including the Sealing Station, Index after Sealing Station, Punch station, Perforating Station, Transfer Station and Guide Plates in preparation for cleaning as part of a format change.

Chapter 8 - Thermoformer Assembly - Right Side

This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to install the format tooling and make setting adjustments for the right side of the Uhlmann UPS 1040 Thermoformer including the Cassette Transfer, Reject Control, Punch Station, Perforating Station, Web Brake, Single-Stroke Index, Index After Sealing and the Sealing Station as part of a format change after cleaning. 

Chapter 9 - Thermoformer Assembly - Left Side

This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to install the format tooling for the left side of the Uhlmann UPS 1040 Thermoformer including the Forming Station, Index after Forming Station and Guide Plates as part of a format change after cleaning.

Chapter 10 - Web Threading

This chapter will help the trainee learn to correctly identify the machine stations, machine components and tools involved in web threading the Uhlmann UPS 1040 Thermoformer as part of a format change.

Chapter 11 - Web Threading Forming Film

This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to install and thread the Forming Film into the Uhlmann UPS 1040 Thermoformer as part of a format change after cleaning.

Chapter 12 - Web Threading Lidstock

This chapter will help the trainee learn step-by-step how to install and thread the Lidstock into the Uhlmann UPS 1040 Thermoformer as part of a format change after cleaning.
